Monica Schaffer has been a licensed, certified massage therapist since 2011. She graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health with a certificate in massage therapy.  Monica is trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork including trigger point therapy, reflexology, acupressure and hydrotherapy.  She has also extended her education receiving certificates in aromatherapy, crystal healing, headache relief and intuitive chakra healing.

Her therapy style is nurturing and holistic. With an intuitive touch, she powerfully uncovers and unwinds the tension in her clients’ bodies while helping them deeply rest, relax and rejuvenate at the same time. She is passionate about helping people find relief among the stresses in their lives providing therapy for the body, mind and soul.
